Our non stop process ovens with reductive atmosphere designed for large mass productions allow us to obtain welded connections with high quality standards.

Welding process with excellent physical and chemical bonding

This welding process achieves excellent physical and chemical bonding between the substrate and the flux thus obtaining an excellent repeatability and reliability, especially when compared to other welding processes.

Fluxes may be of a wide variety of alloys such as copper or nickel and apply onto the steel substrate in different grades from low carbon steels,  stainless steels with different degrees of alloy of Ti, Nb, Mo, up to steel with high nickel content.

Brazing allows to combine the welding process with heat treatment simultaneously, producing parts with specific metallurgical states or free from residual stress.
